CBM Training offers a series of skills programmes, fully aligned to a bundle of related Unit Standards for a particular learnership. Delegates attending these courses will be able to complete a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) for each Unit Standard of the Skills Programme which, when assessed and found competent, will earn credits that can accumulate towards a SETA qualification.

Debt collection is a necessary and important part of an organisation’s processes – as if this is left uncontrolled, serious cash flow ramifications can ensue. In South Africa, organisations are faced with rising numbers of defaulting debtors and unpaid accounts.

To deal with this issue effectively, debt collections personnel need to be competent, effective and accomplished at extracting agreements to pay from debtors.

This intensive 6-day Debt Collection Skills Programme will provide you with a host of practical and useable skills that will stand you in good stead in your collections career. Through a process of intense training, workplace experience and evidence collection, this intensive skills program will develop your collections competencies and ensure that you maximise the return on your efforts collecting outstanding monies.

This skills program encompasses 8 Unit Standards – and once you have completed the training and been deemed competent after your assessments, you will have 45 credits towards the nationally recognised Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support qualification.

116606 – Communicate orally with relevant stakeholders in the recovery of debt (6 Credits)
