Debt Collection Development Programme
Debt collection is a necessary and important part of an organisation’s processes – as if this is left uncontrolled, serious cash flow ramifications can ensue. In South Africa, organisations are faced with rising numbers of defaulting debtors and unpaid accounts.
To deal with this issue effectively, debt collections personnel need to be competent, effective and accomplished at extracting agreements to pay from debtors.
This intensive 6-day Debt Collection Skills Programme will provide you with a host of practical and useable skills that will stand you in good stead in your collections career.
