This intensive, multi-module, 6-day Exceptional Receptionist Skills Programme is designed to train, develop and refine reception and front-desk skills. Through a process of intense training, workplace experience and evidence collection, this program will take you from receptionist to front of house superstar!
This skills program encompasses 5 Unit Standards – and once you have completed the training and been deemed competent after your assessments, you will receive 21 credits towards the nationally recognised Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
